从风论治慢性肾脏病的研究进展

【摘 要】 慢性肾脏病发病率高，知晓率低，病情复杂，迁延难愈。西医治疗具有局限性，疗效欠佳，中医从风治肾病自古即有论述，历代医家将其承继并延伸，现对基于此理论所立病因病机、治法方药、临床研究等进行简要概述，以期为从风论治肾病理论的发展提供相关参考。

Abstract：Chronic kidney disease has a high incidence，low awareness rate，complex condition，and is difficult to heal.Western medicine treatment has limitations and poor efficacy，Chinese medicine from the wind to treat kidney disease has been discussed since ancient times，and successive generations of doctors have inherited and extended it.This is a brief overview of the etiology，pathogenesis，prescription drugs，clinical research，etc.based on this theory，in order to provide relevant references for the development of the theory of treating kidney disease from the wind.

慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease， CKD）为内科常见病，中国成人CKD患病率高达13.1%［1］，然本病知晓率低，且大多病情复杂，病程日久，易致终末期肾病。（剩余5864字）
