从“补土伏火”角度论归脾汤合潜阳封髓丹治疗顽固性失眠之机理

【摘 要】 文章论述了“补土伏火”的含义，强调中焦脾是上、下焦之气升降交通的枢纽，并从“补土伏火”角度论述了归脾汤合潜阳封髓丹治疗顽固性失眠的中医机理，附验案一则以佐证。

Abstract：This paper discussed the meaning of“Reinforcing the Earth to suppress the fire”， Highlighted that the spleen is the hinge of the qi ascending and descending of the upper and lower Jiao， and explored the TCM mechanism of treating intractable insomnia by Guipi decoction and Qianyangfengsui Dan based on the theory of“Reinforcing the Earth to suppress the fire”. In support of this statement， a case be attached.
