薏苡附子败酱散在皮肤科的应用

【摘 要】 薏苡附子败酱散出自《金匮要略》，原用于治疗湿热阻滞，阳气不足的肠痈。其病机为阳气不振、湿热内蕴，根据这一病机将其应用于痤疮、湿疹、结节性红斑等皮肤病的治疗可取得满意的疗效。现报道如下。

Application of Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder in Dermatology

Abstract：Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang powder comes from synopsis of golden chamber， which was originally used to treat intestinal carbuncle with damp heat block and yang deficiency. According to the pathogenesis， the author applied it to the treatment of acne， eczema， erythema nodosum and other skin diseases， and achieved good results.
