《伤寒杂病论》蜀椒祛瘀生新功效探究

【摘 要】 蜀椒在温里散寒、温行血脉的基础上可达到祛寒除湿气以祛瘀血、温阳扶正气以生新血的作用。张仲景对蜀椒祛瘀生新的运用略有不同，于乌梅丸、升麻鳖甲汤中主引火归元、温阳祛瘀，于乌头赤石脂丸、大建中汤、白术散中主温里散寒祛瘀，于王不留行散中主温行血脉、调畅营卫而祛瘀。

Abstract：Shu pepper can achieve the effect of removing cold and removing dampness and removing blood stasis and warming yang and strengthening qi to generate new blood on the basis of warming and dispersing cold and warming blood veins.Zhang Zhongjing's application of Shu pepper to dispel blood stasis is slightly different. In Wumei Pill and Shengma Trionychia decoction， the main fire Guiyuan， warming yang and removing blood stasis are mainly caused by fire， warming yang and removing blood stasis， in Aconitum Chishi Pill， Dajianzhong decoction and Baizhu Powder.
