基于滋阴法探析敏感性皮肤的病机与治疗

[摘要]敏感性皮肤反复发作，严重影响患者生活质量。本文基于朱仁康教授结合临床实践提出的滋阴理论，认为皮肤之生理病理与阴液密切相关，阴液代谢失常，导致日久伤阴而发病。依托皮损辨证，阐释其发病、病机及临床特点，以滋阴为法，根据不同皮损辅以健脾、凉血，对敏感性皮肤进行辨证论治，临床有较好疗效。

Yin Method

Abstract： Sensitive skin seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Based on the theory of nourishing yin proposed by Professor Zhu Renkang in combination with clinical practice， it is believed that the physiology and pathology of skin are closely related to yin fluid， and the metabolism of yin fluid is abnormal， which leads to the onset of yin injury for a long time. Based on the syndrome differentiation of skin lesions， the pathogenesis， pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of sensitive skin were explained. According to different skin lesions， the spleen and blood were supplemented according to the method of nourishing yin， and the sensitive skin was treated according to syndrome differentiation， which had a good clinical effect.

敏感性皮肤（Sensitive skin，SS）特指皮肤在生理或病理条件下的一种高反应状态，临床表现为受到物理、化学、精神等因素刺激时皮肤出现阵发性或周期性灼热、潮红、刺痛、瘙痒及紧绷感，伴或不伴持续性红斑、鳞屑等，主要发生于面部[1]。（剩余6682字）
