牙槽突裂植骨术的研究进展

[摘要]牙槽突裂是口腔颌面部常见的先天畸形之一，常伴发于唇腭裂。植骨手术是治疗牙槽突裂的唯一手段，其目的是稳定上颌骨，分隔鼻腔和口腔，并为牙齿的萌出和鼻基底部提供骨支持。手术时机、手术方法和植骨材料是影响牙槽突裂植骨成功率的重要因素。本文就上述方面及牙槽突裂植骨后效果的评价方法做一简要回顾与总结。

Research Progress of Alveolar Cleft Bone Grafting

Abstract： Alveolar cleft is one of the common congenital malformations in the oral and maxillofacial region， often associated with cleft lip and palate. Bone grafting surgery is the only way to treat alveolar cleft， which aims to stabilize the maxilla， separate the nasal and oral cavities， and provide bone support for the eruption of teeth and the nasal base. The timing， method and material of bone grafting are important factors affecting the success rate of alveolar cleft bone grafting. This article briefly reviews and summarizes the above aspects and the evaluation methods of the effects of alveolar cleft bone grafting.
