乳头乳晕再造在乳房重建中的美学价值研究现状

[摘要]随着乳腺癌患病率的升高，乳腺癌术后乳房重建在临床已推广使用。乳头乳晕再造是整个乳房重建过程中的最后一步，从美学角度出发是决定重建乳房能否取得患者满意的关键一步。近年来，随着整形美容技术的发展，乳头乳晕再造方法多样，各有优缺点，本文就乳房乳晕再造在乳房重建中的美学价值研究现状展开综述。

Research Status of the Aesthetic Value of Nipple-areola Reconstruction in Breast Reconstruction

Abstract： With the increasing prevalence of breast cancer， breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery has been widely used in clinical practice. Nipple-areola reconstruction is the last step in the whole process of breast reconstruction. From the perspective of aesthetics， it is a key step to determine whether the reconstructed breast can achieve patient satisfaction. In recent years， with the development of plastic and cosmetic technology， there are various methods of nipple-areola reconstruction， each with advantages and disadvantages. This paper reviews the aesthetic research status of nipple-areola reconstruction in breast reconstruction as follows.

近年来，越来越多乳腺癌患者选择接受切除乳房来阻止肿瘤扩散，然而术后因乳房缺失，患者承受心理压力剧增，对其生活质量和心理健康均产生强烈负面影响[1]，而乳房重建手术可以帮助患者弥补身体缺失，减轻心理负担，恢复正常生活。（剩余12589字）
