医源性因素对光固化复合树脂边缘微渗漏的影响
[摘要]光固化复合树脂是临床上常用的充填修复材料,但可因边缘微渗漏导致修复失败。边缘微渗漏是多种因素作用的结果,本文就窝洞制备、粘接、充填、光固化、抛光等临床医源性因素对光固化复合树脂边缘微渗漏的影响作一综述,以期为临床实践提供参考。

Abstract: Light-cured composite resin is a filling and restorative material in Clinic, but it can fail due to microleakage. Microleakage is the result of multiple factors. This article reviews the influence of iatrogenic factors such as cavity preparation, bonding, filling, light curing, and polishing on the microleakage of light-cured composite resin, in order to provide references for clinical practice.
