微小切口进路内固定术修复颌面部骨折的临床效果研究

[摘要]目的:探讨微小切口进路修复颌面部骨折的疗效、咬合功能及不良反应。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的60例颌面部骨折患者,均接受微小切口进路内固定修复法。分析治疗后临床疗效、术后1个月骨折愈合情况、咬合功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果:60例颌面部骨折患者经治疗后,康复36例,好转18例,总有效率为90.00%;张口度恢复时间为(5.45±1.05)周,软组织消肿时间为(4.25±1.03)d,骨痂形成时间为(4.17±0.17)周;术后,两组最大咬合力、最大咬合力面积较术前明显增大,咬合力不对称指数较术前明显下降(P

Clinical Effect of Micro-incision Approach Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fractures

Abstract: Objective  To investigate the efficacy, occlusion function and adverse reactions of micro-incision approach for internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. Methods  60 patients with mandibular fracture in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled, and received micro-incision and internal fixation. The clinical efficacy, fracture healing at one month after operation, recovery of occlusal function, and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.
