微小切口进路内固定术修复颌面部骨折的临床效果研究

[摘要]目的：探讨微小切口进路修复颌面部骨折的疗效、咬合功能及不良反应。方法：选择2019年2月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的60例颌面部骨折患者，均接受微小切口进路内固定修复法。分析治疗后临床疗效、术后1个月骨折愈合情况、咬合功能恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果：60例颌面部骨折患者经治疗后，康复36例，好转18例，总有效率为90.00%;张口度恢复时间为（5.45±1.05）周，软组织消肿时间为（4.25±1.03）d，骨痂形成时间为（4.17±0.17）周;术后，两组最大咬合力、最大咬合力面积较术前明显增大，咬合力不对称指数较术前明显下降（P

Clinical Effect of Micro-incision Approach Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fractures

Abstract： Objective  To investigate the efficacy， occlusion function and adverse reactions of micro-incision approach for internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures.
