[摘要]目的：观察预成纤维桩用于老年牙体缺损患者口腔修复中的临床效果。方法：将2018年5月-2020年6月笔者医院收治的90例老年牙体缺损患者随机分为研究组与对照组，每组45例。研究组接受预成纤维桩治疗，而对照组接受常规口腔治疗，分析并对比两组患者治疗后的咀嚼功能、炎症指标及修复效果。结果：治疗后，研究组咀嚼功能、美观度、舒适度评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P
