[摘要]目的:探讨二肽基肽酶-4(DPP4)在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达情况。方法:分别获取切除术后的瘢痕疙瘩组织及正常皮肤组织,然后通过蛋白免疫印迹方法、定量聚合酶链反应,比较二者DPP4基因在蛋白和mRNA水平上表达的差异。结果:与正常皮肤组织相比,DPP4蛋白在瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达高于正常皮肤,差异有统计学意义(P
