基于OpenCV的手套包装盒缺陷检测理论分析与研究

摘要：为了检测手套包装盒表面缺陷，本文以开源计算机视觉库OpenCV为工具，进而检测出手套包装盒的各种缺陷，例如划痕、污渍、刮痧等等。通过对手套包装盒图像进行平滑滤波、二值化处理、边缘检测，分析其算法的基本原理，为检测表面缺陷提供一种新的思路和方法。

Theoretical Analysis and Research on Surface Defect Detection of Glove Packaging Box Based on Opencv

Abstract： In order to detect the surface defects of glove packaging box， this paper uses the open source computer vision library OpenCV as a tool to detect various defects of glove packaging box， such as scratches， stains， scraping and so on. The image of glove packing box is processed by smoothing filtering， binarization， edge detection and so on. Then the basic principle of the algorithm is analyzed to provide a new idea and method for detecting surface defects.
