基于康养文化下的张家口适老化空间设计研究

摘要：随着老龄化社会的加速到来，中国社会面临着前所未有的压力，面临着经济潜在增长率下降、劳动力成本上升、社会抚养比和养老负担加重等一系列问题，针对这些问题，国家如何进行宏观调控，地处三四线城市的张家口如何策应京津冀协同发展的步调是迫在眉睫需要解决的问题。

Research on Design of Suitable Aging Space in Zhangjiakou Based on Health Culture

Abstract： With the accelerated arrival of an aging society， Chinese society is facing unprecedented pressure. China is facing a series of problems， such as the decline of potential economic growth rate， the rise of labor cost， the increase of social dependency ratio and pension burden. In view of these problems， how does the state carry out macro-control， Zhang jia kou， located in the third and fourth tier cities， how to cope with the pace of coordinated development of Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei is an urgent problem to be solved.

按照联合国的标准当一个地区60岁以上的老年人口达到总人口的10%或65岁人口达到总人口的7%，即视为该地区进入老龄化社会[1]，而我国至改革开放以来，随着生活水平、医疗水平的普遍提高，国民基本寿命延长，死亡率逐年下降，截止到2020年我国60岁以上的人口数已经到达2.6亿占总人口比重的18%以上，已经远远大于联合国的标准，在今后的发展中如何解决中国老人养老问题将是我们实现社会主义现代化不可逾越的问题。（剩余4828字）
