摘 要:对核桃及其副产品的营养价值、保健作用、药用价值和生理活性成分的开发利用进行了阐述,展示了核桃对人们现实生活的重要性,通过不断挖掘核桃应用潜力,助力核桃产业健康有序发展。

Abstract:By focusing on the nutritional value, health effects, medicinal value and practical utilization of physiological active components of walnut and its by-products, the importance of walnuts to people’s life is demonstrated, and the healthy and orderly development of the walnut industry is facilitated by continuously exploring the potential of walnut applications.
