说起甘肃的美食，人们首先想到的一定是兰州拉面。不过，当地人从来不说“兰州拉面”，而只说“牛肉面”。其实，牛肉面并非兰州特有，西北地区大大小小的城市乡镇都能看到牛肉面馆，而“兰州拉面”的称号则赋予了牛肉面特殊的地理符号。
