一种小型化8kV级陶瓷金属封装气密封组件设计

摘 要:该文介绍为用户设计定制的一款小型化8 kV级陶瓷金属封装气密封连接器组件,基于双层介质同轴圆柱形电极模型进行长强分布计算,并利用ANSYS软件对产品截面电场、耐振动、抗冲击性能进行仿真分析,来验证材料选择和结构设计的合理性,同时为高电压气密封连接器的设计提供借鉴意义。

Abstract: This paper introduces a miniaturized 8 kV ceramic-metal encapsulated hermetically sealed connector assembly designed and customized for users. The length and strength distribution calculation is carried out based on a double-layer dielectric coaxial cylindrical electrode model, and ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the cross-section electric field, vibration resistance and impact resistance of the product to verify the rationality of material selection and structural design, and at the same time provide reference significance for the design of high-voltage hermetically sealed connectors.
