云南红河哀牢山与岩溶断陷盆地区历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程研究

——以建水县为例

摘  要：建水县133个图斑生态修复是哀牢山示范项目泸江子项目的重要组成，基于废弃矿山基本特征和地质环境问题，创新运用“4R”和基于自然的解决方案的生态修复理念，建立矿山生态修复参照生态系统，取得良好的社会、经济和生态效益，十分有利于加快推进矿山生态修复。

Abstract： The ecological restoration of 133 map spots in Jianshui County is an important part of the Lujiang Sub-project of the Ailao Mountain Demonstration Project. Based on the basic characteristics of abandoned mines and geological environment problems， the ecological restoration concept of "4Rs" and nature-based solutions has been innovatively used to establish a reference ecosystem for mine ecological restoration， which has achieved good social， economic and ecological benefits， which is very conducive to accelerating the ecological restoration of mines.

2023年5月24日至30日，国家财政部公示《2023年历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程项目名单》，云南省“红河哀牢山与岩溶断陷盆地区历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程项目”“云南金沙江流域昆明片区历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复示范工程项目”入选，预期将获中央财政补助资金6亿元。（剩余7316字）
