半直驱永磁同步电动机在油田生产中的应用

摘  要:游梁式抽油机,具有结构简单,操作方便,野外应用适应性强等特点,但存在皮带传动效率损失、能耗高、有一定操作安全风险等问题。半直驱永磁同步电动机无传动皮带,将电动机的输出转矩直接传递给抽油机减速箱,高效节能,使用安全,符合油田绿色低碳可持续发展的要求。

Abstract: The beam pumping unit has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, and strong adaptability to field applications. However, there are problems such as loss of belt transmission efficiency, high energy consumption, and certain operational safety risks. The semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous motor has no transmission belt, which directly transmits the output torque of the motor to the gearbox of the pumping unit. It is efficient, energy-saving, safe to use, and meets the requirements of green, low-carbon, and sustainable development in oil fields.
