摘  要:该文介绍平面分段流水线出运工位对平面分段建造尺寸的影响,结合某船厂平面分段流水线的案例,提出3个不同方案,包括分段提升梁、分段抬升梁以及临时顶升装置等,3个方案对改善平面分段流水线出运工位能力,提高平面分段上线率有较大的帮助,可为后续其他船厂平面分段流水线设计和改造提供参考。

Abstract: This paper introduces the influence of the delivery station of the plane segmented assembly line on the plane segmented construction size, and puts forward three different schemes, including the segmented lifting beam, the segmented lifting beam and the temporary lifting device, combining with the case of the plane segmented assembly line in a shipyard. The three schemes are of great help to improve the delivery capacity of the plane segmented assembly line and increase the rate of plane segmented assembly line, which can thus provide reference for the design and transformation of plane sectional assembly line in other shipyards.
