摘  要：该文主要介绍沙颍河阜阳闸下锚地清淤工程的设计与实施过程。通过本次航道养护工程，可有效改善沙颍河航道船舶航行及靠泊条件，对于充分发挥沙颍河航道水运功能、促进航道沿线地区经济发展具有重要作用。

Abstract： This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation process of the dredging project of Anchorage under Fuyang Sluice of Shaying River. Through this waterway maintenance project， the navigation and berthing conditions of ships in the Shaying River channel have been effectively improved， which plays an important role in giving full play to the water transportation function of the Shaying River channel and promoting the economic development of the areas along the channel.
