WK-35电铲中央枢轴液氮冷装工艺研究

摘  要：WK-35电铲中央枢轴通过过盈配合与电铲底盘联接，该配合有配合直径大、配合长度长、过盈量大的特点。从装配工艺、装配要点等方面进行分析，制定装配方案。装配方案在该次装配中成功实施，为其他类型电铲中央枢轴的装配提供参考。

Abstract： The central pivot of WK-35 electric shovel is connected with the chassis of the electric shovel through the interference fit， which has the characteristics of large diameter， long length and large interference quantity. From the assembly process， assembly points and other aspects of the analysis， the assembly scheme is formulated. The assembly scheme is successfully implemented in this assembly， which provides a reference for the assembly of the central pivot of other types of electric shovel.

WK-35电铲适用于年产量1 500万t以上的大型露天矿山的岩石剥离和物料采装作业，为大型矿用机械正铲式挖掘机，可与载重量为172～263 t的矿用自卸卡车相配套，标准斗容为35 m3，生产效率可达4 200 m3/h。（剩余3804字）
