浅埋隧道悬臂掘进机施工工艺研究

摘  要:在软弱浅埋隧道施工中,为保证隧道正常施工和减小对地面建筑影响,该文采用Midas GTS NX有限元分析软件结合贵阳轨道交通3号线某施工段为背景,对比分析悬臂掘进机施工二台阶法、CD法、CRD法。分析3种工法的地表沉降、拱腰收敛、围岩应力,最后得出CRD法施工对围岩的扰动性小。

Abstract: In the weak shallow tunnel construction, in order to ensure the normal construction of the tunnel and reduce the influence on the ground building, this paper uses the Midas GTS NX finite element analysis software combined with the construction section of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 3 as the background to compare and analyze the cantilever roadheader construction two-stage method, CD method and CRD method. The surface subsidence, arch waist convergence and surrounding rock stress of the three construction methods are analyzed, and it is concluded that the disturbance of CRD construction to the surrounding rock is small.
