开州湖特大桥缆索吊装系统设计与安装方案探讨

摘  要:缆索吊系统具有跨径大、运输空间范围广的优点,是山区千米级跨度桥悬索桥施工的主要吊装设备。贵州省大跨度悬索桥开州湖特大桥采用缆索吊单侧起吊系统,完成钢桁梁的运输与安装施工,通过对缆索吊系统设计与安装方案探讨,总结缆索吊应用的难点,为其在大跨径悬索桥建设中的应用提供参考。

Abstract: The cable crane system has the advantages of long span and wide transportation space, and is the main hoisting equipment for the construction of suspension bridge of kilometer span bridge in mountainous area. The Kaizhou Lake Bridge, a long-span suspension bridge in Guizhou Province, has completed the transportation and installation of the steel truss girder by using the cable lifting system on one side. Through the discussion on the design and installation scheme of the cable crane system, the difficulties in the application of the cable crane are summarized, which provides a reference for its application in the construction of long-span suspension bridges.

开州湖特大桥位于贵州省江口至都格高速公路段内,两岸分别位于贵州省开阳县米坪乡大坪村(瓮安岸)与开阳县冯三镇堕秧村(开阳岸)内,全长1 257 m,桥面宽度为27 m,桥位位置水深63.2 m,最深可达91.9 m。(剩余3100字)
