水泥土搅拌桩室内配合比试验研究

摘 要:通过对室内水泥土配合比试验成果数据的分析发现,随着水泥掺入比的增大,水泥土强度先增大而后出现降低;随着养护龄期的增长,水泥土强度增大,但不同水泥掺入比在同一养护龄期段强度增大速度不同。设计施工时可根据工程实际情况及工期要求参考室内水泥土配合比试验结论及规律选择合适的水泥掺入比。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the data of indoor cement-soil mix ratio test, it is found that with the increase of cement mixing ratio, the cement-soil strength increases at first and then decreases. With the increase of curing age, the cement-soil strength increases, but the strength increases at different rates at the same curing age. During the design and construction, the appropriate cement mixing ratio can be selected according to the actual situation of the project and the requirements of the construction period, referring to the indoor cement-soil mix test conclusion and law.

处理加固软土的方法中,水泥土搅拌法具有原位土利用率高,施工简单、工期短、成本低,施工中无振动、无噪声、无泥浆水污染和无土体隆起,对周围原有建筑物及地下沟管影响很小,根据上部结构需要可灵活采用柱状、壁状、格栅状或块状等加固形式[1]的独特优点,因此在工程界得到广泛研究与应用[2-7]。(剩余4257字)
