白光LED用稀土掺杂白钨矿结构钼酸盐荧光粉制备方法及研究进展

摘  要:稀土离子掺杂的钼酸盐荧光粉由于合成温度较低、优异的化学物理性能、良好的热稳定性及较强的电荷迁移带等特征在LED照明和显示领域备受关注。该文综述稀土掺杂白钨矿结构钼酸盐的制备方法,并基于此对未来发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract: Molybdate phosphors doped with rare earth ions have attracted much attention in the field of LED lighting and display because of their low synthesis temperature, excellent chemical and physical properties, good thermal stability and strong charge transfer band. In this paper, the preparation methods of molybdate with rare earth doped scheelite structure are reviewed, and the future development trend is prospected.
