益都中心医院新院区二期病房楼施工工艺流程及现场管理措施

摘  要：建筑施工工艺技术能否高效落实从很大程度上受到现场管理的影响，为加强落实施工技术要点、提高现场管理水平，该文以益都中心医院新院区二期病房楼建设项目为研究对象，分析该工程施工工艺要点，并且总结现场管理方法，以期为类似工程项目建设提供参考。

Abstract： The efficient implementation of construction technology is largely affected by on-site management. In order to strengthen the implementation of the key points of construction technology and improve the level of on-site management， this paper takes the construction project of the second phase ward building of Yidu Central Hospital as the research object. The key points of the construction technology of the project are analyzed， and the methods of on-site management are summarized in order to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.

潍坊市益都中心医院新院区二期病房楼北临将军山东路，东临仙客来路，西侧、南侧为规划道路，采用框架剪力墙体系，基础采用桩筏基础，建筑面积52 538 m2，共包括地上24层，地下2层，建筑高度为97.40 m。（剩余5559字）
