停机状态下汽轮机汽缸进水问题分析及应对措施

摘 要:为确保汽轮发电机组设备运行安全,该文主要针对垃圾焚烧发电行业小型汽轮发电机组紧急停机情况下出现的问题进行个体实例的举例说明、原因分析及技术改造等多方面的总结论述,详细阐述各个系统、各个环节和各个职能部门存在的相关要点问题和应对解决办法,从而达到保证汽轮发电机组安全稳定运行要求。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe operation of turbogenerator equipment, this paper mainly summarizes and discusses the problems arising in the case of emergency shutdown of small turbogenerator units in municipal solid waste incineration power generation industry through individual examples, cause analysis, technical transformation and so on. The relevant key points and problems existing in each system, each link, each functional department and the corresponding solutions are described in detail. As a result, this paper meets the requirements of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the turbogenerator set.

目前国内发电厂安装使用的汽轮发电机组主要分为国产机组和进口机组2大类,国内垃圾焚烧发电公司因受城市区域内人口规模和燃料热值等方面因素影响,故设计建造的发电机组规模偏小,普遍使用国产机组,主要是由南京汽轮电机(集团)有限责任公司、青岛捷能汽轮机集团股份有限公司和北京北重汽轮电机有限责任公司等生产的汽轮发电机组,本文适用于保证某汽轮电机集团公司生产的N15-3.8-9型15 MW冷凝式汽轮机的安全稳定运行管理,作为参考借鉴。(剩余5267字)
