航空装备电子部组件整机贮存延寿评估方法研究

摘  要：针对空空导弹“长期贮存、一次使用”的特点，贮存延寿评估对发挥其效益具有重大意义。文章结合某型空空导弹电子部组件的贮存寿命研究，介绍装备电子部组件整机贮存延寿评估的加速因子评估法和布朗漂移模型评估法。

Abstract： According to the characteristics of "long-term storage and one-time use" of air-to-air missile， the evaluation of storage life extension is of great significance to give full play to its benefits. Based on the study of the storage life of the electronic components of an air-to-air missile， this paper introduces the accelerated factor evaluation method and the Brownian drift model evaluation method for the evaluation of the storage life extension of the electronic components of the equipment.
