碳纤维复合材料地铁车体接地网仿真研究

摘 要:根据碳纤维复合材料电气特性,结合地铁列车的运营工况,分析碳纤维地铁车体保护和EMC接地特点。针对碳纤维复合材料车体的接地需求,提出并设计车体接地网方案和拓扑结构,通过仿真分析,给出接地网在车-轨道-地耦合状态下的杂散电流分布规律以及直流侧短路工况下的暂态响应特性。

Abstract: According to the electrical characteristics of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP), according to operating conditions of subway train, the features of protective grounding and EMC grounding on carbody manufactured by CFRP are analyzed. Aiming at the grounding demand of CFRP carbody, the grounding grids and topology structures are proposed and designed. By simulation analysis for grounding grids, the stray current distribution are given under coupling state among carbody, railway and ground, and transient response characteristics is also given under the operating condition of short circuit at direct current side.
