江北新区感知平台的时空大数据建设

摘  要：时空大数据服务建设总体流程划分为数据汇聚、数据处理、数据建库、数据管理和数据共享，梳理形成政务地理资源目录，汇聚所有数据进入时空大数据库，提供在线接入和离线拷贝2种方式。对时空大数据统一时空基准、数据存储、数据入库及数据更新，最终通过南京市江北新区感知平台提供时空大数据服务。

Abstract： The overall process of spatio-temporal big data service construction is divided into data aggregation， data processing， data database building， data management and data sharing. This paperrearranges and forms a catalogue of government geographic resources， aggregates all data into the spatio-temporal database， and provides two ways： online access and offline copy. Big data unifies the spatio-temporal benchmark， data storage， data storage， and data update， and finally provides spatio-temporal data services through the Jiangbei New Area perception platform.
