摘要：数字化转型是各行各业实现高质量、跨越式发展的必然选择公交企业迫切需要从信息化向智能化方向发展数字化转型成必然之路文章以公交企业数字化转型的总体规划为主线分别阐述了公交企业发展现状诊断、数字化转型路径规划和数字化转型建设三个过程剖析公交企业数字化发展现状及问题以加强数字化顶层规划、提升数据治理能力和数据应用能力为抓手进行数字化转型路径规划和建设完成公交企业数字化能力完善、数字底座建设、数字化应用建设等重点内容以浦东公交为案例描述其数字化转型建设内容指出数字化转型可以有效提升公交企业内部管理效能和运营组织水平

Abstract：Digital transformation is an inevitable choice for various industries to achieve high-quality development.Public transport companies urgently need to develop from informatization to intelligence，digital transformation has become an inevitable path. Taking the overall planning of digital transformation of public transport enterprises as the main line，this paper expounds the three processes of development status diagnosis， digital transformationpath planning and digital transformation construction of public transport enterprises， analyzes the problems of digital development of public transport enterprises， focuses on strengthening digital top-level planning， improving data governance ability and data application ability， carrys out digital transformation path planning and construction， and completes key contents such as the improvement of digital ability， digital base construction and digital application construction of public transport enterprises. Finally this paper takes Pudong public transport as a case to describe its digital transformation scenarios，and points out that digital transformation can effectively improve the internal management efficiency of public transport enterprises and improve the level of operation and service.
