Abstract:To investigatethegeneexpressionresponse inthecuticleofEriocheirsinensis duringthepost-moltstage underacutehypoxia stress,thisstudyutilizedIlluminasecond-generationsequencing technologytodetectthegneexpression profilesbetweenthecontrolandtheacutehypoxiastresstreatment,namely(1.O±O.1)mg/Lfor1h.Theresultsshowedthat comparedwiththecontrol,atotalof691diferentialexpressedgeneswereidentifiedintheacutehypoxiastresstreatment.
