摘要：针对履带起重机转台结构形式和焊接过程中易变形的特点，设计了一种转台防变形工装。该工装为组装式结构，结构简单，使用方便，容易操作，适用于不同吨位履带起重机产品，有效保证了转台生产质量，降低了工人劳动强度。

Optimal design and application of anti-deformation tooling for crawler crane turntable

Abstract： According to the structure of crawler crane turntable and the characteristics of deformation in welding process， a kind of turntable anti-deformation tool is designed. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure， convenient use and easy operation， and is suitable for crawler cranes of different tonnage.
