摘要:介绍了欧标P460Q钢的特性。对于该材料的焊接性能,首先通过计算碳当量及裂纹敏感系数进行分析,然后进行了焊接工艺评定试验验证,最后通过冷卷试验、焊缝返修试验、水压试验等进行研究。

Welding performance study of P460Q steel for pressure steel pipe for baleh hydropower station

Astract: The characteristics of European standard P460Q material are described in this paper. The welding performance of this material will be studied through the carbon equivalent calculation and welding crack sensitivity coefficient analyzing, and then the welding procedure qualification will carried out to check the welding performance, and a series of tests such as the cold coil test and weld repair test, and water pressure test will be carried out for the further study of welding performance.
