Hybird staggered equalization scheme of lithium battery pack based on flyback transformer

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of voltage inconsistency among individual cels in lithium battery packs of energy storage systems,a hybrid balancing topology based on flyback transformer and an adaptive interleaved equalization control strategy for the battery pack were proposed. Through the analysis of the equalization topology and control strategy,this scheme not only has two types of equalization modes,cel to pack and pack to cell,but also adjusts the balance type according to the state of the batery to ensure that the balance circuit is always in the best working state.Through the analysis of simulation results in terms of speed,effciency and cost,it is concluded that this scheme has a significant improvement compared with the control group,with the equalization speed increased by more than 40% ,the balance efficiency increased by about 3% ,and the cost reduced by 66% . The above indicates that this scheme has strong theoretical significance and practical value. Then,experimental analysis was conducted under three working conditions of static,charging and discharging,verifying accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed

scheme.
