精细化护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果观察

【摘要】目的：分析精细化护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的80例肺炎患儿，随机将其分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取精细化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组的咳嗽、食欲不振、喘憋和呼吸困难评分比较无明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后，两组的咳嗽、食欲不振、喘憋和呼吸困难评分均明显降低（P0.05）；护理后，两组的FEV1/FVC、MVV、MMF和PEF均得到明显改善（P
