腰椎間盘突出症是一种常见疾病，患者腰椎间盘变性，同时纤维环存在破裂的情况，导致骶核组织突出，对神经根造成刺激和压迫，导致出现坐骨神经痛、腰痛等症状，引起腰部活动受限，且受累神经根支配区运动、感觉、反射出现变化，甚至会累及腿部功能，严重影响患者日常生活，导致其生活质量降低[1-2]。（剩余4060字）
