【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application value of detailed nursing interventions in the care of patients with myocardial infarction. 心肌梗死患者的典型症状主要包括胸骨后/心前区部位疼痛、低血压和休克等，与情绪激动、不规则饮食以及过度疲劳等多种因素相关，极易导致患者发生冠状动脉粥样斑块破裂，使冠状动脉管腔出现堵塞，若未及时治疗，甚至会危及心肌梗死患者的生命[1-2]。（剩余3838字）
