【摘要】目的：研究在剖宫产产妇中应用精细化护理模式对其早期泌乳及满意度的影响。方法：本文参考随机数字表法的形式将2022年4月—2023年10月期间行剖宫产分娩的108例產妇进行分组，每组54例产妇，参照组实施常规护理，试验组实施精细化护理模式，比较两组产妇临床指标、泌乳始动时间及满意度。结果：护理后，试验组产妇首次肛门排气时间、尿管拔除自行排尿时间、切口愈合时间以及住院时间均短于参照组，VAS评分低于参照组，产妇泌乳始动时间48h比例相比于参照组更低，满意度高于参照组，P

A study on the impact of refined nursing model on satisfaction and early lactation of cesarean section women

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of applying refined nursing model in cesarean section women on their early lactation and satisfaction.Methods：This article referred to the random number table method to group 108 postpartum women who underwent cesarean section from April 2022 to October 2023，with 54 parturients in each group.The reference group received routine care，while the experimental group received refined nursing model.The clinical indicators，lactation initiation time，and satisfaction between the two groups of postpartum women were compared.Results：After nursing，the first anal exhaust time，self urination time after catheter removal，incision healing time，and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group，the VAS score was lower than that of the reference group，the proportion of lactation initiation time48 hours was lower than that of the reference group，and the satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group，P
