【摘要】目的：分析胆汁反流性胃炎患者采用柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加味治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2021年6月—2023年10月本院收治的42例胆汁反流性胃炎患者，按照计算机方式分成对照组和研究组，各21例，前者给予常规治疗，后者给予柴胡疏肝散合左金丸加味治疗，比较两组疗效、胃功能指标以及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%，明显高于对照组的71.43%，P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Chaihushugan powder combined with Zuojin pill on patients with bile reflux gastritis.Methods：A total of 42 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected.
