【摘要】目的：分析优质护理在泌尿系结石钬激光碎石并置入DJ管患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月的71例泌尿系结石患者，随机将其分成为两组。两组均采取钬激光碎石并置入DJ管，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取优质护理并延伸至院外。结果：观察组的血尿、尿路感染、腰痛、结石再生和漏拔管发生率明显低于對照组（P0.05），护理后，两组的CRP、PCT、WBC水平均明显升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with urinary tract stones treated with holmium laser lithotripsy and implanted with DJ catheter. Methods： 71 patients with urinary tract stones from January 2020 to December 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy and implanted with a DJ tube. The control group received routine care， while the observation group received high-quality care and extended beyond the hospital.
