ICU是临床收治急、危重症患者的一个封闭式管理诊室,因为这部分的患者大多病情较急且变化较快,护理人员大都把工作核心放在了对患者的病情监测以及生命抢救中,但是由于ICU重症患者大部分都有胃黏膜损伤等现象出现,就会造成患者不能够自主进食,所以,对患者采取肠内营养支持有非常重要的作用[1]。(剩余4044字)
