【摘要】目的:研究儿童肺炎临床诊断及治疗中应用肺部超声的价值。方法:研究对象为我院2021年4月—2023年4月收治的162例疑似肺炎患儿,均行胸部X线(CXR)、肺部超声(LUS)检查,临床确诊132例均行规范治疗。结果:CXR、LUS检查分别检出111例、128例肺炎患儿。以临床诊断结果为依据,则CXR检查的准确率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为82.10%、81.06%、86.67%、96.40%、50.98%,LUS检查的准确率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为95.06%、95.45%、93.33%、98.44%、82.35%,LUS检查诊断儿童肺炎的准确率、灵敏度、阴性预测值较CXR检查均更高(P

Application of pulmonary ultrasound in clinical diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in children

【Abstract】Objective: To study the value of pulmonary ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in children. Methods: 162 children with suspected pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were examined by chest X-ray (CXR) and lung ultrasound (LUS), and 132 clinically confirmed cases were treated by standard treatment. Results: CXR and LUS detected 111 and 128 cases of pneumonia, respectively. Based on the clinical diagnosis results, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CXR were 82.10%, 81.06%, 86.67%, 96.40% and 50.98%, respectively.
