【摘要】目的：分析下肢骨折患者实施优质护理服务对心理状态及术后并发症的干预效果。方法：选择本院于2019年6月—2020年12月接收的下肢骨折患者共86例，根据抽签法进行分组，分别为观察组和对照组，每组各43例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用优质护理服务。对比两组的护理效果。结果：与对照组相比，观察组并发症发生率显著较低，组间数据经统计学比较存在较大差异（P0.05），经不同护理模式干预后，两组患者的心理状态量表评分有所降低，但对照组改善幅度小（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the intervention effect of high-quality nursing services on psychological status and postoperative complications in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods： A total of 86 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method，namely the observation group and the control group，with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received high-quality nursing services on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two group were compared. Results： Compared with the control group，the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower，and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.
