【摘要】目的：分析人性化叙事护理在乳腺癌化疗患者负性情绪中的应用效果。方法：随机数字表法将2020年3月—2021年5月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者92例分为两组，对照组46例开展常规护理，观察组46例开展人性化叙事护理，对比两组心理社会问卷、生活质量评分。结果：护理后，观察组焦虑/抑郁、自尊和自我接纳、态度、自我控制和自我效能感、归属感及总分均高于对照组（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of humanized narrative nursing in the negative emotions of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods：A random number table method was used to divide 92 breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy from March 2020 to May 2021 into two groups，46 cases in the control group were given routine nursing，and 46 cases inthe observation group were given humanized narrative nursing.The psychosocialquestionnaires，and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.
