Abstract：To clarify the logical framework through which new - quality productive forces empower the high - quality development of China’s competitive sports，and to explore practical pathways for promoting such development. By examining the historical， theoretical， and practical dimensions of this framework，we aim to unravel the systematic logical chain through which new - quality productive forces enable the high - quality development of competitive sports. We will conduct an in - depth analysis of the practical challenges faced in leveraging new - quality productive forces to drive the high - quality development of China's competitive sports， focusing on the dimensions of laborers，objects of labor，means of labor，science and technology，information，and management.It is argued that the empowerment of high - quality development in China’ s competitive sports by new -quality productive forces faces challenges such as a shortage of new -quality laborers in terms of quality and quantity，bottlenecks in the competitive nature of labor objects， imbalance in the distribution of means of production，delayed‘ iteration’of digital and intelligent technology， and obstacles caused by“disconnected” management systems. From the dimensions of talent，structure，space，technology，and systems， the paper proposes integrating self - cultivation with open mutual learning，linking competitive enhancement with scientific research breakthroughs，capital investment and macroeconomic regulation， technological innovation and widespread application，and top -level design and institutional development. This approach aims to create a synergistic effct where supply and demand are coupled， resources flow smoothly，and there is mutual benefit， integration，and collaboration， leading to a tidal effect，advantage effect，linkage effct，coordination effect，and resonance effect.
