Abstract:Tisstudyimedtoinvestigatetefectsofdiferentfertilzercombiatiosoteospherslbacteralomiis growth,yield,andqualityofsunuredlowtobacco.Fourtlerombiatiosredesigned:localoventioalerilerfr sun-cured yellow tobacco at 1 350kg/hm2 (CK),conventional fertilizer at 1 350kg/hm2 combined with root promoter at 0.225kg/hm2 (T1), conventional fertilizer at 1 350kg/hm2 combined with compound microbial agent at 30kg/hm2 (T2),and conventional fertilizer at 1 350kg/hm2 combined with both root promoter at 0.225kg/hm2 and compound microbial agent at 30kg/hm2 (T3).The characteristics ofrhizospheresoilbacterialommunities,yieldandqualityofsuncuredyelowtobaccowerecomparedamongdirenttratents. TheresultsshowedthatT3signifcantlyimprovedthebacterialcommunitystructure,agronomictraits,andeconomic traitsoftobao. The Shannon index,Chaol index,andrelative abundanceofBacilusand Sphingomonas were significantly increased inT3.The tobacco yieldinT3reached 3 138.40kg/hm2 ,representing an increase of 3.87% compared with CK. The proportion of medium and high-grade tobacco (89.03%) and output value (118 703.9yuan/hm2) of T3 increased by 9.30 perentage points and 27.63% respectively,compared withthoseofCK.T1andT also exerted positive impactsonthe growthandeconomic traitsof tobacco. Considering the comprehensive benefits, conventional fertilizer at 1 350kg/hm2 combined with both root promoter at 0.225kg/hm2 and compound microbial agent at 30kg/hm2 is recommended for the cultivation of sun-cured yellow tobacco.
