科研项目知识产权管理问题及对策研究

摘 要：本研究从项目研发的角度出发，围绕专利检索、专利预警、专利布局、专利挖掘、权属约定、保护方式、差异管理、团队建设八个方面，分析科研项目中容易出现的涉及专利申请、保护及管理的问题，提出对应的举措，使企业项目研发成果能够得到及时、有效的保护，提升核心技术竞争力。

Abstract： From the perspective of project research and development， this article analyzes the problems related to patent application， protection and management that are easy to occur in the process of project research and development， focusing on eight aspects： patent retrieval， Patent warning，patent layout， patent mining， ownership agreement， Protection mode， difference management， and team building， and puts forward corresponding measures， so that the enterprise's project research and development achievements can be timely and effectively protected， and the core technology competitiveness can be improved.
