河南省科技型中小企业科技金融服务体系建设探索

摘 要：科技型中小企业是创新创业的主力军。为了更好地满足科技型中小企业创新的需要，改善传统融资模式的弊端，笔者在河南省科技金融实践工作的基础上，探索科技型中小企业科技金融服务体系的构建模式，并提出优化建议，以期为区域内科技型中心企业高质量发展助力。

Research on the Scientific and Technological Financial System of Scientific and Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Henan Province

Abstract：Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to better meet the innovation needs of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the disadvantages of the traditional financing mode， the author explores the construction mode of scientific and technological financial service system of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of the practical work of scientific and technological finance in Henan Province， and puts forward optimization suggestions， in order to promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
