300km/h时速下动车组用雨刷器的气动性能仿真研究

摘 要:雨刷器位于列车头部司机室侧窗,列车速度提高后头部压力分布复杂,将影响列车雨刷器的正常使用。本文计算了列车以300 km/h速度在9~14级大风环境下运行时前方雨刷器受到空气压力的变化,监测并分析了雨刷器臂及雨刷上测点的压力随风力变化的趋势。

Abstract: The windshield wiper is located in the side window of the driver's cab at the head of the train, when the train speed increases, the head pressure distribution is complicated, which will affect the normal use of the windshield wiper. In this paper, the change of air pressure on the wiper in front of the train running at 300 km/h in the strong wind of force 9~14 is calculated, and the trend of the pressure on the wiper arm and the measuring point on the wiper is monitored and analyzed.
